SETTING UP
Furniture or smaller items will be removed. Furniture that cannot be removed will be covered with plastic, or with clean interior drop cloths to protect them from dust or paint. Floors are protected with clean painters quality drop cloths. Hardware such as door knobs, electrical switch and outlet covers get removed or masked. Thermostats are protected with masking tape.
PREPARATION
Flaking paint is scraped and sanded. Holes and cracks are patched with interior grade spackle. Cracks in corners, baseboards and moldings are caulked with acrylic caulking. Patched areas are sanded with fine sandpaper and spot-primed.
PAINTING
Ceilings are painted first to prevent paint drops from roller spaying the walls. Walls and trim are painted next and baseboard is painted last. We applie two coats of your selected colours by brush and roller techniques as specified by the manufacturer. The result is a beautiful solid and consistent finish with colour retention and durability to keep your home looking vibrant for years to come.
